My name is Shelly Sharma and I’m a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), registered and licensed member of the CICC (College of Immigration Consultants and Citizenship). I hold a diploma in Immigration Law Practitioner from Canada and a Master’s degree in TESOL from Northumbria University, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.
As a member in good standing of the CICC, I’m licensed by the Government of Canada as an authorized representative who can deal with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) , Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on behalf of her clients and can represent, advise or provide consultation to clients regarding Canadian immigration and citizenship applications. I have experience of working in all fields of Canadian Immigration Law which includes but is not limited to Express Entry programs(Federal Skilled worker, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trade Worker) PNP’s, Study permits, Family and Spousal Sponsorships, Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship, Supervisa for Parents and Grandparents, Visitor visa, Work Permits and LMIA’s.
